Discussion on Design Key Problems of Sub-urban Railway Traction Power Supply System

  • Key problems of traction power supply system selection, joint construction scheme of traction and power substation, and rail transit power supply resource sharing mode of suburban railways are discussed. Taking Jiamin Line of Shanghai suburban railway as an example, considering the characteristics of line network planning, transportation organization and environment conditions, 25 kV AC power supply system is recommended for suburban railway traction power supply system, and the optimized indoor general layout scheme of traction and electric power joint construction substation is proposed.
