Delay Cause Analysis of Urban Rail Transit Train and Countermeasures

By expanding data sample and refining model, the delay data of Shenzhen Metro from 2015 to 2019 is comprehensively analyzed. The overall characteristics are analyzed from five dimensions: year, line, time period, cause of delay and delay index. The reasons for the delay are analyzed from three dimensions: equipment factor, passengers factor, and external factor. Based on the above analysis control measures are put forward from three aspects, and some inspiration from delay analysis for fully automatic operation lines is proposed.
