Preservation of Cultural Relics during Metro Construction in Xi′an City

摘要:
文物保护是世界性工程难题。从西安地铁工程的审批程序、专题研究、技术方案、施工保护、运营监测等方面,阐述了文物保护工作中的科技创新方法。实际的监测结果表明:西安地铁2号线钟楼台基及盾构穿越段城墙门洞最大沉降满足工程及周边环境的要求;线路开通运营后,钟楼基座沉降稳定,楼体木结构未见倾向性变形,整体建筑保护状况良好。
Abstracts:
Preservation of cultural relics is a worldwide engineering problem. In this paper, scientific and technological innovation methods adopted in the preservation of cultural relics are elaborated according to the approval procedure, special studies, technical schemes, construction protection and operational monitoring during metro construction in Xi′an City. The site monitoring shows that the shield crossing construction of metro Line 2 under important cultural relics like the Bell Tower and Xi′an City Wall could meet the requirements of engineering and environment protection in terms of the maximum land subsidence. After the commercial operation of Line 2, the settlement of the Bell Tower foundation remains stable, no tilting deformation in the wood structure of the building is detected. In a word, the integral building protection is in good condition.
