不锈钢轨道客车车顶弯梁拉弯成形回弹缺陷可归类为角度回弹、轴向收缩回弹及滞后回弹等3种,后两种回弹缺陷往往被忽视,以至于在模具设计阶段对回弹变形量的计算和补偿均存在误差。为此,针对车顶弯梁拉弯成形中的轴向收缩回弹和滞后回弹,从材料弹塑性变形理论和黏弹塑性理论分析产生此类问题的原因,提出设计拉弯模具设计时对轴向收缩回弹和滞后回弹的数值模拟近似计算方法,得到对模具的补偿值;然后,通过试模补偿调整,提高车顶弯梁拉弯成形的整体工艺质量。
Abstracts:
The spring back defects in carline stretch bending forming could be classified into 3 kinds: angle spring back, axial shrink spring back and lag spring back. Though often neglected by mold designers, the defects in the latter two types directly lead to errors both in calculation and compensation about the spring back at the stage of mold design. So, in view of the axial shrink spring back and lag spring back in carline stretch bending forming, and according to material elastoplastic theory and viscoelastic plasticity deformation theory, a simple approximation algorithm to calculate the value of axial shrink spring back and lag spring back in stretch bending mold design is proposed, in order to obtain the compensation value for the mold, which is then adjusted to improve the overall process of carline forming quality.
