摘要:
回顾了我国近60 a城市轨道交通的发展历程，尤其是改革开放40 a来的发展情况。从各城市维护建设资金收入和支出等方面，结合政策法规的引导来解读城市轨道交通从起步到成长再到快速发展的过程。对新形势下的城市轨道交通发展提出了相应的建议。
Abstracts:
The development history of urban rail transit in China in the past 60 years, especially the reform and opening policies over the past 40 years are reviewed. From the perspective of urban capital income for construction and rail investment expenditure, and combined with the guidance of policies and regulations, the process of urban rail transit development from the starting stage to growth then on to rapid development is interpreted. On this basis, corresponding suggestions for the development of urban tail transit in the new situation are put forward.
