摘要:
以宁波地铁3号线一期工程采用的类矩形盾构隧道为研究背景,分别建立类矩形盾构隧道和圆形隧道有限元模型,并对两种隧道结构的振动特性作了对比分析。研究结果表明:与圆形盾构管片相比,类矩形盾构管片自振频率更高,对控制管片结构与轮轨振动的共振更为有利;无论是道床中心、隧道壁还是线路正上方的地面位置,类矩形盾构隧道的振动水平均要小于圆形盾构隧道;当振动由隧道壁向地面传递时,圆形盾构隧道的振动衰减得更快;考虑地铁设计选线因素,在地面建筑敏感点位置,类矩形盾构隧道可以减少Z振级3~6 dB。类矩形盾构隧道在自身结构和线路规划等方面对地铁振动的控制均具有优势。
Abstracts:
Based on the 1st phase project of Ningbo metro Line 3, the finite element models of quasi-rectangular tunnel and circular tunnel are established respectively, the vibration characteristics of both tunnels are compared and analyzed. Compared with the circular tunnel, the quasi-rectangular shield has a higher natural frequency, which is more favorable for the resonance control of tunnel segment and metro vehicle wheel vibration; whether on the track bed, tunnel wall or on the ground just above the line, the vibration level of quasi-rectangular tunnel is smaller than that of the circular tunnel; when vibration passes from the tunnel wall to the ground, the vibration attenuation of the circular tunnel is faster. If the line planning factors are taken into consideration, at the sensitive position of ground buildings, the quasi-rectangular shield can achieve the reduction of Z-level by 3~6 dB. Therefore, the quasi-rectangular tunnel has more advantages in vibration control due to its own structure and the line planning.
