摘要:
为了获取地铁人因失误数据进而有效预防地铁人因事故,提出使用模拟机采集地铁工作人员人因失误数据的方法,并以地铁调度系统为例验证该方法的有效性。依据行车调度系统及其任务的特点,采用 visual C#软件设计某地铁线ATS(列车自动监控)系统工作站主界面,并选取20名经过训练的研究生作为试验对象,设定6种不同的试验情景和具体操作步骤,通过模拟操作获取人因失误数据。数据统计结果表明,菜单栏操作的失误率低于右键点击操作的失误率,“查找停站超时列车”情景的人因失误率最高。此结论可为调度方案的优化提供参考。
Abstracts:
In order to obtain the human error data in metro and prevent human error accidents effectively, a method to collect the error data of metro staff by using the simulator is proposed, and the metro train dispatching system is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the method. According to the characteristics of the traffic dispatching system and tasks, visual C# software is used to design the main interface of ATS system workstation for a certain line, twenty trained graduate students are selected as the experimental objects, for whom six different scenarios and specific operation steps are set up to obtain the human error data. The result of data statistics shows that the menu bar operation error rate is lower than that of the right click, while the "find the timeout stop train" scenario makes the most errors. The experimental results provide references for the optimization of scheduling plans.
