摘要:
在欧洲范围内,尚未形成统一的有轨电车标准。 正因如此,有轨电车的有关技术经常会采用不完全适用的轻轨电车线路(Light Rail Tramway,简为LRT)标准。随着城市发展,传统LRT的标准已无法满足现代有轨电车的建设。目前,欧盟基于CEN-ELEC GUIDE 26和M/486正在编写有轨电车标准,其主要参与国家包括法国、德国、英国等。介绍了法国STRMTG有轨电车标准,结合2016年英国伦敦南部克罗伊登有轨电车事故案例,说明SIL(安全完整性等级)2车载超速防护的重要性。
Abstracts:
No unified tram standards have yet been formed in the whole Europe. As a result of this, technologies related to tramway often adopt incomplete applicable criteria of LRT (light rail tramway). With the development of cities, the traditional LRT standards can not satisfy the tramway construction and operation requirements. Currently, EU is drafting the tramway standards based on the CEN CENELEC GUIDE 26 and Mandate 486, with the participation of France, Germany, UK and other member countries. In this paper, the French STRMTG tramway standards are introduced, and combined with the Croydon tram accident which happened in South London in 2016, the importance of SIL2 on-board over-speed control is emphasized.
