摘要:
总结盾构施工标准化管理的一些创新做法，探讨了盾构施工标准化管理的实践与创新，提出盾构施工标准化管理的重点创新方向是将建筑工业化理念和信息化新技术深度融入盾构标准化作业全过程，加快盾构施工设备智能化改造，建设数字化工厂、智慧工地，推进绿色建造，实现盾构施工高质量发展。
Abstracts:
With a summary of the innovative standardization methods in shield construction, the practice and innovation of standardization management are discussed. The key innovation direction of standardization management is proposed, which will integrate the concept of building industrialization and new information technology into the whole process of standardized operation of shield tunneling, accelerate the intelligent transformation of shield construction equipment, build digital factories and intelligent construction sites, so as to promote the green construction and achieve high quality development of shield construction.
