摘要:
我国城市轨道交通车辆外表面装饰普遍采用的油漆涂装传统工艺,能耗较高,污染环境,工艺复杂。贴膜工艺具有施工灵活快速、色彩丰富、画面制作简单易行、质量相对轻、无挥发性有机化合物排放、环保等优点,逐渐被市场所接受。对轨道车辆车体贴膜的历史、优缺点以及国内外应用作了介绍,对贴膜工艺的实施进行了研究。
Abstracts:
Urban rail transit vehicles in China generally adopt the traditional process of painting on the outer surface, which has a number of disadvantages like high energy consumption, environmental pollution and complicated process. The film posing technology features flexible construction, rich colors, simple screen production, relatively light weight and environmental protection without volatile organic compound emission, and has been gradually accepted by the market. In this paper, the history, advantages and disadvantages of vehicle body film posing in the world are introduced, the application of film posing process are studied.
