摘要:
在城市轨道交通运营线路快速增长的情况下，员工实际操作技能的提高与运营线路实际操作场地、时间，以及培训的深度和标准之间的矛盾越来越突出，亟需建设不占用运营场地的仿真实训系统来缓解。基于国内院校、运营单位建设仿真实训系统的经验，从完善仿真实训设施类型、实现系统的联动性等方面，结合运营单位的实际提出了较为全面的运营仿真实训系统建设方案，并率先开展了实际建设工作，可为学校及运营单位建设实训系统提供参考。
Abstracts:
With the rapid growth of urban rail transit lines, the contradictions between the improvement of employees′practical skills, the actual operating site and time, the training depth and standards become more and more prominent, a simulation system that does not occupy the operating site is urgently needed. Based on the experiences of the simulation training system constructed in universities and operating units in China, and combined with the actual situation of the operating units, a more comprehensive construction plan of the operation simulation training system is put forward from aspects of improving the types of simulation training facility, realizing the linkage relationship between the systems. The actual construction of the training system for schools and operation units has been pioneered to provide references for the construction of training system.
