近几年,在习近平主席“坚持人民防空为人民,开创人民防空事业新局面”的号召下,我国地铁建设中越来越重视地铁区间人防防护设备的设计。地铁区间人防防护设备设置不仅对地铁运营安全有着重要影响,也是确保战时人防功能实现的重要设施。重点分析了采用上刚性接触网授电的地铁区间人防防护设备的设计管理要点和施工管理要点,可为新建地铁线路的人防工程设计和施工提供参考。
Abstracts:
In the past few years, under the call of President Xi′s “Preserving the purpose of civil air defense for the people, exploring the new development scenarios”, more attention has been paid to the design of civil air defense equipment during metro section construction in China, the installation of which can not only significantly influence the metro operational safety, but also serve as an important infrastructure to implement the functionality of civil air defense in wartime. In this paper, the crucial points in the design and construction management after adopting the upper rigid conduct wire in civil air defense equipment in metro sections are mainly analyzed, aiming to provide the reference for civil air defense design and construction on new metro lines.
