系统地介绍了车辆基地机电设备故障监测及诊断系统的设计目标、关键技术和系统功能。该系统基于工业物联网技术,运用以预测技术为核心的故障预测和健康管理(PHM)策略,采用MEMS(微机电系统)传感器实时监控并采集车辆基地机电设备的状态数据、故障数据,通过窄带物联网(LoRaWAN)实现监测数据上传,对车辆基地机电设备进行状态监测,实时获取设备状态信息,对设备进行故障预测和健康管理。该系统能够有效解决城市轨道交通车辆基地机电设备维检修困难、因设备故障导致灾难性事故频发、车辆基地管理计划难制定、设备维修过程不便于管控与追溯、信息化进程落后、物流管理差等诸多问题。
Abstracts:
The design purpose, crucial technology and functions of the fault monitoring and diagnosis system for mechanical and electrical appliances in vehicle base are introduced systematically. Based on industrial internet of things technology, this system adopts the prognostics and health management (PHM) strategy with fault prediction as the core technology, uses micro\|electro\|mechanical system (MEMS) sensor to implement real\|time monitor and collect the status data and fault data of the mechanical and electrical appliances in vehicle base, the data are then uploaded through narrowband internet of things (LoRaWAN) for simultaneous monitoring of the appliances, obtaining real\|time status of the appliances and PHM. The system is capable of tackling problems effectively including the difficulties in maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment in vehicle base, the frequent disastrous accidents caused by equipment failures, the difficult formulation of management plan for vehicle base, the inconvenient management and trace\|ability of equipment maintenance process, as well as the backward information process and poor logistics management.
