摘要:
结合株洲智轨体验线介绍了一种名为智能轨道快运系统的新型轨道交通制式，对其各组成部分进行了介绍，并分析了该制式的工程及建设特点。在对常见的三种路权形式进行对比分析的基础上，论述了一种结合智能轨道快运系统特点的分时半独立路权，以减少道路改造量，扩大轨道交通适用范围。分析了智能轨道快运系统的适用性与当前存在的不足，并就智能轨道快运系统的发展对国家有关部门、车辆厂商和城市决策者提出了相关建议。
Abstracts:
Based on Zhuzhou Automatic Rail Transit Experience Line, a new rail transit named intelligent rail express system and its compositions are introduced, the engineering and construction features of the system are analyzed. Through a comparison of three common forms of road right, a kind of time-sharing semiindependent road right adapted to the characteristics of new intelligent rail express system is discussed, in order to reduce the road reconstruction volume and expand the scope of rail transit application. With an analysis of the applicability and shortcomings for current automatic rail rapid transit, corresponding suggestions for relevant state agencies, vehicle manufacturers and urban decision makers are put forward.
