以某型号高速动车组为研究对象,分析司机室地板异常振动问题,通过线路跟踪测试,获取了司机室地板结构异常振动的具体特性;基于车辆振动传递特性和振动相关性分析方法,对可能引起地板异常振动的轮轨和传动系统传递路径分别进行了研究;结合车轮踏面外形及车轮不圆度测试,分析了地板结构异常振动产生的根源;提出了相应的控制措施。研究结果可用于指导动车组车辆局部振动问题的解决和优化改进。
Abstracts:
Taking a certain type of high-speed EMU as the research object, the abnormal vibration of the driver′s cab floor was analyzed. The specific characteristics of the abnormal vibration of the floor structure were obtained through line tracking test. Based on the vehicle vibration transmission characteristics and vibration correlation analysis methods, the wheel-rail and transmission system delivering paths that may cause abnormal floor vibration were studied respectively. Combined with wheel tread shape and wheel non-circularity test, the source of abnormal vibration of the floor structure was analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were proposed. The research results can be used as guidance for solving and optimizing local vibration problems of EMU vehicles.
