摘要:
通过对城市轨道交通车辆轮对轴承压装过程进行力学分析和计算，得出轴承压装力与轴颈位移的理论曲线；以曲线参数需求为导向对现有车辆轮对轴承压装制造工艺进行优化，建立了城市轨道交通车辆轮对轴承压装统一的标准曲线评价方法。经实际生产应用验证，表明该曲线评价方法可行。
Abstracts:
Through the mechanical analysis and calculation of the press-fitting process of the urban rail transit vehicle wheelset bearing, the theoretical curves of press\|fitting force and journal displacement were obtained. Guided by the curve parameters demand, the press-fitting manufacturing methods of wheelset bearing was optimized, and a unified standard curve evaluation method for urban rail transit wheelset bearing was established. Through actual manufacturing application verification, the feasibility of the curve evaluation method was approved.
