摘要:
提出了地铁车辆车下设备的安装设计原则和注意事项。分析了地铁车辆不同车体材质的车下设备谱系化安装方式,并针对底架边梁和主横梁托装设备的结构进行了强度仿真计算。通过仿真计算验证了设计结构的合理性和可靠性。
Abstracts:
The principle, dos and don′ts for the installation design of equipment under metro vehicle are introduced. Then, the pedigree installation structure of the equipment made of different body materials under metro vehicle is analyzed, a strength simulation is carried out for the structure of equipment supported by the under-frame side beam and main beam. Finally, the rationality and reliability of the design structure are verified by the strength simulation.
