阐述了在轨道车辆产品设计过程中，应做好专利侵权分析、专利回避设计、律师评估和成本评估，以及专利管理工作总结等，以发挥专利管理作用和保护创新。同时通过专利运用的正向管理，加强企业间的技术交流和促进创新。
Abstracts:
In the process of rail vehicle product design, it is necessary to conduct patent violation analysis, patent avoidance design, lawyer assessment and cost evaluation, as well as patent management summary so that patent management can exert its influence and protect innovation. At the same time, through positive management of patent application, technical exchange and communication between enterprises are strengthened and innovation is promoted.
