摘要:
智能化高铁能实现智能行车、智能运维、智能服务、智能监控等功能,并拥有自我检测、诊断和决策能力。以2000—2009年Derwent Innovation (德温特专利数据库)和INCOPAT(合享智慧数据库)中获得的专利文献数据为依托,通过对高速动车组尤其是智能化高铁的相关技术进行检索,分析主要领先企业在智能化高铁领域的知识产权布局现状,以充分了解全球智能化高铁专利布局策略,为我国企业制定知识产权策略提供参考。
Abstracts:
Intelligent high-speed train is a high-speed train that realizes intelligent design of driving, operation, service and monitoring, which has self-detection, self-diagnosis, and self-decision-making capabilities. Based on the patent literature data (data range: 2000-2019) obtained from Derwent Innovation and INCOPAT, by searching related technologies of EMU, especially of intelligent high-speed train, the current intellectual property distribution status of major leading companies in the intelligent high-speed railway field is analyzed, to fully understand the global patent layout strategy of intelligent high-speed train, providing reference for domestic companies to formulate intellectual property strategy.
