重庆单轨在运营一段时间后,个别列车转向架齿轮箱测速电机大齿轮定位轴的油封密封处出现漏油情况,齿轮箱外表面也存在外观不良的现象,对车辆正常运营造成很大影响。针对测速电机漏油故障问题,通过对相关零部件的配合表面质量、基本尺寸、形位公差、组装工艺、加工工艺、质量管控等诸多因素的调查分析故障原因,并给出解决测速电机漏油故障的改进措施及合理化建议。
Abstracts:
After the operation of monorail in Chongqing City for a period of time, oil leakage occurs in the oil seal of gearwheel locating shaft, that belongs to the speed measuring motor of individual train bogie gearbox, and the outer surface of the gearbox also shows bad appearance, greatly influencing the normal operation of monorail vehicle. Aiming at the speed measuring motor oil leakage fault, causes of the fault are analyzed based on an investigation of the matching surface quality, basic dimension, geometric tolerance, assembly process, processing technology, quality control of the related parts and many other factors, improvement measures and rational suggestions for the solution of motor oil leakage fault are proposed.
