摘要:
新型轻量化车体结构材料是实现城市轨道交通车辆轻量化的重要途径。介绍了纳米组织控制铝合金、阻燃镁合金和复合材料等新型材料的研究和应用情况。指出我国应加强新型轻量化材料在城市轨道交通领域的研究与运用,推出自主产权产品,全面提升制造水平。
Abstracts:
An important way to realize the urban rail vehicle lightweight is to use the new lightweight carbody structural material. In this paper, the research and application of new materials such as the nano-structure controlled aluminum alloy,ignition-proof magnesium alloy and composite material are described. It is pointed out that the research and application of new lightweight material to urban rail transit vehicle in China should be strengthened,in order to manufacture the products with independent property rights and improve the manufacturing level.
