盾构法隧道一般采用螺栓连接管片,具有管片生产简单、施工操作方便等特点,但存在接头连接精度较低、结构本体刚度较弱以及施工质量控制难等问题。新型连接件的应用能提升盾构隧道管片的连接精度,保证成型隧道质量,是隧道管片连接件技术发展的方向。介绍了地铁盾构隧道新型连接件的结构设计、结构力学性能试验、管片生产工艺、隧道施工工艺等方面的研究成果。上海轨道交通18号线示范工程实测数据表明:与传统螺栓连接的盾构隧道相比,新型连接件盾构隧道的各项施工质量控制指标均有明显改善,验证了采用新型连接件技术体系提高隧道成型质量的可行性。
Abstracts:
Shield tunnels adopt bolts as the common connecting segments, which feature the advantages of simple segment production and convenient construction operation. Whereas they rise problems such as low accuracy of joint connection, weak stiffness of joint structure and difficult quality control in construction. The application of new type connectors can improve the connection accuracy of shield tunnel segments and ensure the quality of formed tunnels, in accordance with the development direction of tunneling technology. Results of research on the structural design of new type connector in metro shield tunnel, the mechanical properties tests, the segment production technology and tunnel construction technology are introduced. The field measured data in the demonstration project of Shanghai metro Line 18 show that all construction-quality indicators of the new type connector shield tunnels are significantly improved compared to those of the conventional bolt\|connecting shield tunnels, validating the feasibility of applying new connector technology system to elevate the tunnel quality upon formation.
