在隧道监测活动中,人为的操作常常会造成监测数据准确度不高和监测工作繁琐。为了实现远程无线监测及智能化,提出了一种基于物联网的盾构隧道管片接头张角远程监测方法。运用Arduino与SIM900A模块将角度传感器数据通过网络传输至物联网平台。通过盾构隧道变形试验测试,成功地将隧道变形的现场测试数据传至物联网平台,实现了远程无线实时监测,验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。
Abstracts:
In tunnel monitoring activities, manual operation often leads to low accuracy of monitoring data and tedious monitoring works. In order to realize the remote wireless monitoring and intelligence, a remote monitoring method of shield tunnel segment joint angle based on internet of things (IoT) is proposed. Using Arduino and SIM900A module, the angle sensor data is transmitted to the IoT platform via network. Then, through the shield tunnel deformation test, the field test data of the tunnel deformation is successfully transmitted to the IoT platform, and the remote wireless realtime monitoring is realized, verifying the feasibility and practicability of the method.
