摘要:
基于子模型技术对某不锈钢地铁车辆一位端牵引梁下盖板与立板连接处的关键焊缝进行研究,并运用BS(英国标准)和ASME(美国机械工程师协会)标准对该条焊缝进行评估。通过评估分析可知:选择合适的焊接接头和焊缝等级是BS标准评估时的重要环节;而准确定义焊缝细节则是ASME标准评估时的重要环节。综合考虑,BS标准评估工作量较小,适合进行整车焊缝的评估;而ASME标准前期定义焊缝的工作量巨大,但避免了人为选择焊接接头及等级这种随机误差,准确性相对较高,适合进行关键焊缝的研究。
Abstracts:
Based on the sub-model technology, the key welding joints between the lower cover plate and the vertical plate of a stainless steel metro car traction beam are studied, BS standard (British Standard) and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) standard are used to evaluate the welds. Through evaluation and analysis, it is made clear that the selection of appropriate welding joint and welding grade is an important part in BS standard evaluation; and the accurate definition of welding details is an important part in ASME standard evaluation. Considering comprehensively, the workload of BS standard evaluation is relatively small, therefore is suitable for the evaluation of vehicle welds; while the workload of welding joint definition in ASME standard is huge, but has relatively higher accuracy because it can avoid the random errors of artificial selection of welding joint and grade, therefore is suitable for the research of key welds.
