摘要:
基于《城市轨道交通运营管理规定》和 《城市轨道交通初期运营前安全评估管理暂行办法》的颁布，结合常州地铁1号线的实践经验，归纳总结了运营单位参与新建线路轨行区建设管理的工作要点，包括运营参与的时间、程度、作用、方式等，并结合常州地铁1号线的实际情况，分析了新建线路轨行区建设管理的难点与措施。
Abstracts:
With the issue of Urban Rail Transit Operation Management Regulation and Interim Measures for Urban Rail Transit Operation Preliminary Safety Assessment Management, combined with the practical knowledge from Changzhou Metro Line 1, the work notice for operation companies participating in the construction management of new line rail transit area is summarized. The notice includes the timing, level, role, mode and more aspects of operation participation. Considering the actual circumstances with Changzhou Metro Line 1, the difficulties and measures for construction management of new line rail transit area are analyzed.
