临近地铁的燃气设备振动特性及隔振措施分析

对燃气设备自身运行的振动特征及临近的地铁线路列车经过后叠加的振动响应特性进行了现场测试,分析了地铁线路对临近的燃气设备的振动影响特征。以某地铁线路下穿燃气调压站实际工程为案例,对燃气设备应对地铁列车振动的控制措施及其效果进行了研究分析。研究结果表明:地铁列车通过时,周边燃气设备的振动速度幅值增加明显、加速度幅值变化较小;燃气设备自身运行主要产生100 Hz以上的高频振动,而地铁列车振动影响主频集中在20~80 Hz;实测的地铁列车对燃气设备振动加速度级增大值可达10 dB以上。
Abstracts:
The vibration response caused by gas equipment running and superimposed action of adjacent metro train passing is measured on site, and the vibration characteristics of metro line impact on adjacent gas equipment is analyzed. Taking the actual project of a metro line under-passing gas regulator station for case study, the vibration control measure for gas equipment against metro train vibration and its effect are studied and analyzed. Research results show that the vibration velocity amplitude of adjacent gas equipment increases distinctly when train is passing, while the acceleration waveform does not change as much; the frequency of vibration acceleration caused by gas equipment is mainly above 100 Hz, and the main frequency of vibration acceleration caused by metro train is 20 Hz to 80 Hz. Field measurement shows that metro train causes the vibration acceleration level of gas equipment to increase by more than 10 dB.
