摘要:
厦门地铁2号线海沧大道站—东渡路站区间海底盾构隧道地质情况非常复杂,水土压力大,且存在大量的孤石和凸起基岩。其施工难度极大,刀盘易发生磨损和崩坏,需频繁进行带压开仓换刀。为解决海底复杂地质情况下带压开仓开挖面易失稳的问题,针对海底盾构在不同地质条件下带压开仓保压技术进行研究,提出了海底盾构在单一地层、裂隙发育地层、碎裂状强透水不稳定地层等不同情况下的带压开仓保压技术,有效规避及控制了施工风险,保障工程的顺利完成。
Abstracts:
The geological conditions of submarine shield tunnel between Haicang Avenue Station and Dongdu Road Station of Xiamen Metro Line 2 are very complex, where the soil and water pressure are large, and there are a large number of solitary stones and raised bedrock. Construction is highly difficult, and the cutter head is easy to wear and collapse, which requires changing the knife with ballast frequently. In order to solve the problem that the excavation surface is prone to instability under the complex geological conditions of the seabed, pressure holding technology of the submarine shield under different geological conditions is studied. Pressure-keeping technology of submarine shield under different conditions, such as single stratum, fractured stratum, fractured strong permeable unstable stratum is put forward. Construction risks are effectively avoided and controlled, ensuring smooth completion of the project.
