摘要:
总结了城市轨道交通通信系统升级改造的原因。以实现各子系统兼容为切入点，提出了通信系统各子系统的改造方案。总结了通信系统机房改造中需重点关注的问题，以及系统割接时的控制措施。分析了通信系统改造的风险源，并提出相应的风险管理措施。
Abstracts:
Reasons of urban rail transit communication system upgrading and reconstruction are summarized. By realizing compatibility among all sub-systems, reconstruction scheme of all sub-systems of the communication system is put forward. Key issues in the reconstruction of communication system server room and control measures for system cutover are summarized. Risk sources of reconstruction are analyzed, and corresponding risk management measures are given.
