摘要:
城市轨道交通在减轻地面交通压力、疏散城市中心区人口和改善城市环境等方面起着显著的积极作用，但也存在着初始投资大、经营成本高和投资回收期长等不足。分析了我国部分重点城市的轨道交通产业市场化运作经验和经营现状，总结了行业内相关的支持政策及影响，并在参考国内城市轨道交通产业经营模式的基础上，针对性地提出适合青岛城市轨道交通的经营策略和构想，以促进青岛城市轨道交通产业营收能力的提升。
Abstracts:
Urban rail transit plays a significantly positive role in reducing the pressure of ground traffic, evacuating urban center population and improving urban environment, while having shortcomings such as sizable initial investment, high operation cost and long payback period. The market\|oriented operation experience and operation status of rail transit industry in some key cities are analyzed, and relevant supporting policies and influences in the industry are summarized. By referring to the business mode of domestic urban rail transit industry, operation strategies and innovative ideas suitable for Qingdao urban rail transit industry are proposed specifically, in order to promote the revenue capacity of Qingdao urban rail transit industry.
