摘要:
化学灌浆工艺影响裂缝修复质量,若修复材料没有包覆钢筋时则存在腐蚀环境下的高锈蚀风险。依据现行操作规程进行混凝土裂缝化学灌浆时常出现复漏现象,表明腐蚀环境下混凝土结构的耐久性难以保障。通过试验分析了工程中常用的钻孔灌浆工艺的灌浆修复效果,并从耐久性保障角度出发,分别从钻孔间距和钻孔深度进行灌浆工艺优化试验。试验结果表明,缩短钻孔间距和增加钻孔深度有助于提升灌浆效果,其中钻孔深度为灌浆料极限覆盖深度值的关键因素,并基于耐久性指标要求提出了相应的工艺要求。
Abstracts:
The chemical grouting process affects the quality of crack repair, and there is a high risk of corrosion in a corrosive environment when the repair material is not covered with reinforcing steel. Leakage often occurs after concrete crack chemical grouting with current operation specifications, indicating that the durability of concrete structures is not guaranteed in a corrosive environment. The grouting repair effect of borehole grouting technique commonly used in engineering is analyzed through experiments. From the perspective of durability guarantee, the grouting process optimization test is conducted in terms of borehole spacing and borehole depth. The results show that shortening borehole spacing and increasing borehole depth can help improving the grouting effect. The borehole depth is the key factor for the grouting material coverage depth value limit. The corresponding process requirements are also proposed based on the durability index requirements.
