摘要:
通过对不同轨道故障引发的轮轨冲击进行动力学仿真研究,得到了轨道断裂引发的冲击特征主要表现为多簇形式,轨道内部裂纹引发的则为一簇冲击,而轨道平直度故障引发的冲击特征为明显两簇冲击;仿真分析了车轮转速对各类故障冲击幅值的影响。现场监测结果验证了仿真结果的正确性。
Abstracts:
Through the dynamic simulation of wheel rail impact caused by different rail faults, it is obtained that the impact characteristics caused by rail fracture are mainly in the form of multiple clusters; the impact characteristics caused by rail internal crack are one cluster; and the impact characteristics caused by rail flatness fault are evident two clusters. The influence of wheel rotational speed on the impact amplitude of various faults is simulated. Field measured data verifies the correctness of the simulation results.
