开发了一种车载无线压力测试系统,对和谐号CRH380动车组的车内空气压力进行长期跟踪,系统地分析了该动车组在明线、隧道、会车等不同运营线路状态下的空气压力变化情况。结果表明,动车组列车通过明线时,车内各测点压力波动特征值变化趋势基本一致,且车内压力波动与运营里程、镟修周期关系不大;动车组列车以相同运行速度通过不同长度的隧道时,车内压差和3 s压力变化率均满足相关气压舒适性标准的要求;明线会车对动车组列车车内压力影响较小。
Abstracts:
An on-board wireless pressure test system is developed to keep long-term tracking of the air pressure in Harmony CRH380 EMU train, and systematically analyze the air pressure changes of the EMU train under different operating line conditions, such as open line, tunnel and meeting. The results show that when the EMU train passes through open line, the variation trend of pressure fluctuation characteristic values at each measuring point on the train is basically the same, and that has little relationship with the operating mileage and lathing cycle; When EMU trains pass through tunnels with different lengths at the same operating speed, the internal pressure differences and the 3S pressure change rate in the train all meet the requirements of relevant air pressure comfort standards. Obviously, the open line meeting has little impact on the internal pressure of EMU train.
