摘要:
轮对内侧距是保证动车组运营中动力学性能稳定和运营安全的重要参数。通过该参数的大样本分析发现,运营中的某和谐号动车组轮对内侧距存在明显的变化规律,轮对微动、轮辋碾宽、辐板微变形等因素是引发轮对内侧距变化的主要原因。为保证动车组正常、安全运营,轮对运用修及高级检修时,需按要求检测轮对内侧距,超出标准要求时应及时更换轮对或对其进行检修。
Abstracts:
Wheelset inner distance is an important parameter to ensure the stability of dynamic performance and operation safety of EMU. Through large sample analysis of the parameter, the inner distance of a Harmony EMU wheelset in operation has obviously change rules, which are caused mainly by wheelset fretting, rim rolling width and plate deformation. To ensure the normal and safe operation of EMU, the wheelset inner distance should be inspected as required during preventative maintenance and overhaul, wheelsets that exceed the requirements should be replaced timely or repaired.
