摘要:
为促进夜间经济发展，国内外各大城市都将城市轨道交通线路延时运营作为重要的刺激手段。以上海城市轨道交通为例，重点分析了上海夜间交通出行特征及交通需求，以及城市轨道交通线路延时运营期间的客流分布特征。针对延时运营期间客流时空不均衡、运营效益较差的现状，提出了区域协同管理、一线一策、公交一体化、财务可持续发展等一系列精细化管理对策，以提升上海城市轨道交通延时运营服务品质，促进夜间交通出行合理化发展。
Abstracts:
In order to promote the development of late-night economy, major cities at home and abroad have adopted extended late-night operation of urban rail transit lines as an important stimulus. Taking Shanghai urban rail transit as an example, the characteristics of late-night traveling and traffic demand are analyzed emphatically, as well as the distribution characteristics of passenger flow during the extended operating hours. In view of the temporal and spatial imbalance in passenger flow and the relatively poor operation benefit during the extended hours, refined management strategies including ′regional collaborative management′, ′one line one policy′, ′transit integration′, ′sustainable financial development′ are proposed, which is of great value to improving Shanghai urban rail transit service quality of extended operation and to rationally developing late-night traveling.
