摘要:
传统焊接结构疲劳评估方法有一定局限性:选择疲劳强度等级需依据焊缝类型及载荷加载形式、无法准确评估非标准焊接接头的应力状态等级和检验等级等。为克服上述问题,在分析结构应力法的原理和归纳EN 15085-1:2007标准所规定设计流程的基础上,提出了基于EN 15085:2007标准的抗疲劳分析平台,以期为轨道交通车辆关键焊缝的疲劳设计及检验提供新的可靠的方案。以某地铁车辆为应用实例,使用该抗疲劳分析平台对其底架关键焊缝的疲劳寿命和等级指标进行了有效评估。
Abstracts:
There are certain limitations in the conventional fatigue assessment methods for welded structures: the choice of fatigue strength grade needs to be based on the weld type and load loading form, and it is impossible to accurately assess the stress state grade and inspection grade of nonstandard welded joints. In order to overcome the above problems, by analyzing the principle of the structural stress method and summarizing the design process specified in the EN 150851:2007 standard, an anti-fatigue analysis platform based on the EN 15085:2007 standard is proposed to provide a new reliable solution for fatigue design and inspection of key welds of rail transit vehicles. Taking certain metro vehicle as an application example, this anti-fatigue analysis platform is adopted to effectively evaluate the fatigue life and grade indicators of the key welds of its underframe.
