摘要:
以地铁列车司机为研究对象，进行了职业紧张与心理症状测评，采用相关分析与多元逐步回归模型对数据进行统计研究，分析可能引发职业紧张和心理障碍的影响因素。研究结果显示，心理紧张反应、躯体紧张反应与心理症状呈强相关，影响列车司机心理状态的职业紧张因素主要有心理紧张反应、理性处事、躯体紧张反应、休闲娱乐，并提出了针对性的干预措施。
Abstracts:
Taking metro train drivers as the study objective, occupational stress and psychological symptoms are evaluated. Correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression model are used to find the influencing factors that might have caused their occupational stress and psychological disorders. Research results show that psychological strain and physical strain are strongly correlated with psychological symptoms, and the occupational stress factors affecting psychological states of metro drivers are mainly psychological strain, rational reaction, physical strain, recreation, to which specific intervention measures are proposed.
