摘要:
根据郑州地铁车辆维保检修的实际经验，齿轮箱出现的典型故障有齿轮箱油发黑、齿轮箱挡油块脱落、齿轮箱渗油及齿轮箱油有铜屑等。针对典型故障，详细分析了故障发生的原因、环节和影响因素，并针对性地提出解决措施，为齿轮箱的设计和维护提供参考。
Abstracts:
Based on the practical experience of Zhengzhou Metro vehicle maintenance and repair, the typical faults of gear box are gear box oil darkening, gear box oil baffle block falling, gear box oil leakage and copper filings in gear box oil. Targeting these typical faults, the causes, links and influencing factors of faults occurrence are analyzed in detail. Specific solutions are proposed, providing reference for the design and maintenance of gear box.
