受电弓受流设备是列车将外部电源引入车辆电源系统的重要设备,若在正线时出现故障将会对运营造成影响。苏州轨道交通5号线列车首次投入运营时,出库上线前发生了异常降单弓故障。介绍了故障现象,结合受电弓升弓和降弓控制原理图,分析了受电弓异常降单弓的原因。该故障由升弓列车线与降弓列车线这两根线接反导致,发生在车辆出厂交付前。因此建议,车辆出厂交付前要完成所有测试项点的测试。
Abstracts:
Pantograph current-collecting equipment is an important equipment for trains to introduce external power into the vehicle power supply system. If failure occurs on main line, operation will be affected. When the train of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 5 was put into operation for the first time, an abnormal single bow descending fault occurred before train leaving the depot and going online. The fault phenomenon is introduced, with the schematic diagram of pantograph bow ascending and descending control, the reason why the pantograph abnormally lowers single bow is analyzed. This fault is caused by the reverse connection of the ascending bow train line and the descending bow train line and occurs before the delivery of the vehicle. Therefore, it is suggested that all test items should be completed before delivery.
