摘要:
为保障城市轨道交通线路的轮轨匹配性和行车舒适性,开通前须对新铺设上道的钢轨开展预打磨作业,去除钢轨脱碳层、焊缝不平顺等初始缺陷,缩短轮轨磨合期。从预打磨技术要求、打磨效果等方面对钢轨预打磨在北京大兴国际机场线工程中的应用进行了阐述,重点对预打磨作业的钢轨打磨深度、表面不平顺、廓形、表面硬度,以及列车轴箱振动加速度等指标进行了分析。结果表明,预打磨可有效降低钢轨表面不平顺,并明显消除由钢轨焊缝引起的轮轨冲击;预打磨后钢轨表面硬度平均值提高2.5%,标准差降低24.6%,提高了钢轨表面硬度的均匀性。
Abstracts:
To ensure the wheel-rail contact relationship and vehicle comfort in urban rail transit lines, the pre-grinding work must be employed on the newly-laid rail before operation, to remove initial defects including the decarburization layer and the welds irregularities, so as to shorten the wheel-rail running-in period. The application of rail pre-grinding technology in Beijing Daxing International Airport Line Project is expounded from perspectives including pre-grinding technical requirements, grinding effects. Indexes in the pre-grinding operation including rail grinding depth, surface roughness, rail profile, surface hardness and the vibration acceleration of the train axle box are analyzed emphatically. Results show that pre-grinding can effectively reduce the rail surface irregularities and eliminate the wheel-rail impact caused by the rail weld significantly. After pre-grinding, the average surface hardness of the rail is increased by 2.5%, the standard deviation is reduced by 24.6%, and the uniformity of rail surface hardness is improved.
