针对现有城市轨道交通列车测速与定位系统存在定位精度差、维护成本高等缺陷,提出了一种基于机器视觉技术的城市轨道交通列车定位与测速方法。首先通过高速工业相机拍摄轨道线路,采用深度学习方法提取轨枕目标,基于YOLO v3算法构建模型,并对列车定位与测速的算法流程进行设计,用以实现对轨枕的计数;然后将轨枕数乘以轨枕间距,得到列车的实时位置;最后将研发出的样机装车,在实际的线路上进行试验。试验结果表明,基于机器视觉技术的城市轨道交通列车定位与测速系统在列车以120 km/h速度行驶时,可实现对列车的连续定位与测速,其精度高于现有的测速设备,可满足城市轨道交通列车的实时定位与测速要求。
Abstracts:
Aiming at the defects of poor positioning accuracy and high maintenance cost in the existing urban rail transit train speed measurement and positioning system, a method of urban rail transit train positioning and speed measurement based on machine vision technology is proposed. First, the track line is photographed by high-speed industrial camera, and the sleeper target is extracted by deep learning method. The model is constructed based on the YOLO v3 algorithm, and the algorithm flow of train positioning and speed measurement is designed to realize the counting of sleepers. Then the number of sleepers is multiplied by the sleeper spacing to obtain the real-time position of the train; finally, the developed equipment is loaded on the train and tested on the actual line. The test results show that the urban rail transit train positioning and speed measurement system based on machine vision technology can realize continuous positioning and speed measurement of the train when the train is running at a speed of 120 km/h, and its accuracy is higher than the existing speed measurement equipment, which meets the requirements of realtime urban rail transit train positioning requirements.
