摘要:
在济南轨道交通R2线某区间隧道施工中,盾构需近距离从某加油站地下储油罐基础下方侧穿通过。若施工控制不当将会引起原油泄漏,造成事故。为确保隧道施工过程的安全,且不影响加油站的正常使用,对盾构穿越油罐基础的扰动影响进行了分析,提出了较为合理的盾构掘进参数和施工控制要点,在地表及建筑物变形可控的前提下实现了盾构安全通过油罐基础所在区域。
Abstracts:
During the tunnel construction of certain interval of Ji′nan Metro Line R2, the shield tunnel needs to side-cross beneath the foundation of an underground oil tank of certain gas station at close distance. Improper construction control will cause oil leakage, resulting in accidents. To ensure the safety of tunnel construction process and to not affect the normal operation of gas station, the disturbance impact of shield crossing tank foundation is analyzed, and more reasonable shield tunneling parameters and construction control points are proposed to realize safe side-crossing of shield structure through the area where the tank foundation is located, under the premise of controlled deformation of ground surface and buildings.
