摘要:
针对我国近期发布的一系列关于城市轨道交通建设与管理方面的新政策，分析了相关的法律法规、技术标准和规范调整变化给城市轨道交通规划、设计和报批带来一定程度的影响，基于城市轨道交通项目建设的流程，从宏观层面梳理了国家新政策对城市轨道交通规划、设计的内容，以及报批程序的影响。
Abstracts:
Targeting the series of new domestic national policy on the construction and management of urban rail transit issued recently,the certain level of impact of relevant laws and regulations, technical standard and specifications adjustment on the planning, design and approval of urban rail transit is analyzed. Based on urban rail transit project construction procedure, the impact of new national policy on urban rail transit planning, design content and approval procedure is sorted from macro level.
