摘要:
为研究地铁列车在不同编组条件下各界面的能量吸收特性,以某地铁公司的车辆为平台,建立4辆、6辆、8辆3种不同列车编组的有限元碰撞模型以及钩缓装置的备选库,通过LSDYNA碰撞仿真分析软件,结合不同碰撞速度和不同编组数量,验证列车各界面的吸能情况,分析不同编组列车在碰撞过程中的能量耗散特性。在采用不同的编组模式时,选用不同的钩缓装置搭配来完成车辆的吸能配置,既可提高自由切换编组形式列车钩缓系统的搭配效率,又可减少备品种类以节约开支。
Abstracts:
In order to study the energy absorption characteristics of metro train under different formation conditions, taking vehicle of certain metro company as platform, a collision finite element model of three different formation (4, 6, 8) and a database of coupler devices are established. Through LS-DYNA collision simulation analysis software, different collision speeds and different formation numbers are used to verify the energy absorption of each interface of the train. Energy dissipation characteristics of trains of different formation during the collision process are analyzed. When different formation formats are adopted, different coupler devices are selected to complete the energy absorption configuration of vehicles, which not only improves matching efficiency of coupler devices of train with free formation format switching, but also reduces preparation types to save expenses.
