摘要:
注浆是保证隧道建设顺利进展的有效方法。从渗滤效应、劈裂注浆机制及脉动注浆压力等方面对隧道注浆理论进行了阐释,结合高聚物和微生物菌液对注浆新材料进行了分析探讨,采用Comsol有限元及PFC(颗粒流程序)离散元方法对隧道注浆进行了数值模拟计算。结果表明,渗滤效应导致水泥颗粒在孔隙通道上沉积淤堵,严重影响了扩散远端的加固效果,劈裂和脉动注浆适用于复杂条件下岩土介质的改良处理;高聚物和微生物菌液作为新材料的代表,是未来注浆技术的发展方向;数值模拟成本低、效率高,必将成为注浆技术研究的重要辅助手段。
Abstracts:
Grouting is an effective method to guarantee the smooth advancement of tunnel construction. Tunnel grouting theory is expounded from the aspects of percolation threshold effect, fracturing grouting mechanism and fluctuating grouting pressure. New grouting materials are analyzed and discussed combined with both polymer and microbial liquid, and a numerical simulation calculation of tunnel grouting is carried out by Comsol finite element method and PFC (particle flow code) discrete element method. Results show that the percolation threshold effect leads to the deposition of cement particles on the pore channel and clogging, severely affecting the reinforcement effect of the diffusion distal end. The fracturing and fluctuating grouting are suitable for improvement treatment of the geomaterials under complex conditions. Representing the new materials, high polymer and microbial liquid will be the development direction of grouting technology in the future, while numerical simulation will become an important supporting means for grouting technology research because of the low cost and high efficiency.
