以典型水下盾构施工费用为依据,结合施工工序和现有 110 m级和 155 m级盾构机掘进费用定额,同时考虑盾构机在不同地层中掘进的材料消耗量,测算了超大直径泥水平衡盾构机的掘进费用。考虑影响盾构机折旧的主要因素,采用双倍余额递减数学模型,提出了一种超大直径泥水平衡盾构机加速折旧的计算方法。修正现有的泥浆处理定额,针对掘进费用、盾构折旧费用、泥浆处理费用,提出 18 m级超大直径泥水平衡盾构机施工造价的测算公式,弥补了现行标准的不足。
Abstracts:
Taking the typical under-water shield construction cost as reference, considering the construction sequence and the cost quota of the existing 11.0 m and 15.5 m shield machine tunneling, as well as the material consumption in different strata, the estimation construction cost for super-large diameter slurry-balanced shield machine is calculated. On account of the major variables influencing shield depreciation, the mathematical model of double declining balance is adopted to propose the calculation method of accelerated depreciation for super-large diameter slurry-balanced shield machine. The current quota of slurry treatment is revised, in terms of tunneling cost, shield structure depreciation cost and mud treatment cost, the calculation method of construction cost for the 18.0 m level super-large slurry-balanced shield machine is proposed, so as to complement the deficiency of current standard.
