摘要:
基于南宁地铁5号线车辆全自动驾驶与智能运维等技术手段,结合车辆基地列检作业的现状与不足,研发了全自动驾驶车辆基地列检作业计划管理系统并投入实际运用。介绍了该系统的硬件布置与软件系统的组成与功能,并对其应用原理进行了详细分析。结果表明,列检作业计划管理系统可打通智能运维体系下各系统间的数据链路,实现检修计划自动生成、作业任务无纸化派发、人员进出库无人化管理、故障情况信息化追溯等功能。
Abstracts:
Based on the technological measures of FAO (fully automatic operation) and the intelligent operation and maintenance of Nanning Metro Line 5 vehicle, considering the status and shortcomings of vehicle base train inspection, the train inspection plan management system of FAO vehicle base is developed and put into practical use. The hardware layout and the composition and functionality of software system of the management system are introduced, the application principle is analyzed in detail. Results show that the train inspection plan management system can open the data link between the subsystems within the intelligent operation and maintenance system and realizes the functions of automatic generation of maintenance plan, paperless distribution of operation tasks, unmanned management of personnel in and out of the warehouse, and information tracing of fault conditions.
