FAO(全自动运行)系统在城市轨道交通新建线路中占比越来越高。FAO列车使用网络系统对列车的牵引/制动单元进行控制,以实现列车在区间安全运行及在站台的精确对标停车。在列车网络系统发生故障时,如TCMS(列车控制和管理系统)与CC(车载控制器)通信中断、TCMS严重故障、牵引网络通信故障及制动网络通信故障等情况下,列车无法正常进行牵引/制动控制,此时需要申请进入CAM(蠕动模式)。对CAM下列车牵引/制动级位的两种控制方式(0/1数字编码信号控制、PWM(脉宽调制)编码信号控制)在级位信息传输、功能实现、设备配置等方面进行了对比分析,认为0/1编码信号控制方式具有更强的适用性及经济性。
Abstracts:
The proportion of FAO (fully automatic operation) system in newly built urban rail transit lines is getting higher and higher. FAO trains use a network system to control the train traction/braking units, so as to realize train safe ope-ration in the section and accurate benchmarking stop at the platform. When a train network system fault happens, such as TCMS (train control and management system) and CC (carborne controller) communication interruption, TCMS serious failure, traction network communication failure and brake network communication failure, etc., the train cannot perform traction/braking control normally, and it is necessary to apply to enter CAM (creep automatic mode). Two train traction/braking levels, the 0/1 digital coded signal control and the PWM (pulse width modulation) coded signal control under CAM are compared and analyzed in terms of information transmission at levels, function realization, equipment configuration, etc., and the 0/1 coded signal control is considered to be more applicable and economical.
