摘要:
根据动车组客室车门系统故障数据对车门进行寿命分析,获得了其故障间隔符合威布尔分布的结论。在车门系统可靠性满足运营要求的条件下,建立以单位时间维修费用最低为目标的维修模型。结合所提维修模型,对中国铁路上海局集团有限公司的CRH2A型动车组客室车门系统维修周期进行优化,并验证了优化后维修模型的实用性和经济性。
Abstracts:
The vehicle door lifespan is analyzed according to EMU (electric multiple units) compartment door system fault data, a conclusion that the fault interval conforms to Weibull distribution is obtained. Under the condition that vehicle door system reliability meets operation requirements, a maintenance model aiming at the lowest maintenance cost per unit time is established. With the mentioned maintenance model, maintenance cycle of China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group CRH2A EMU compartment door system is optimized. The practicability and economy of the optimized maintenance model is verified.
