面对城市轨道交通车辆检修运维支撑压力的激增,为提高城市轨道交通车辆检修运维效率、降低经营成本,围绕城市轨道交通车辆功能特性及常规检修运维过程,介绍了城市轨道交通车辆检修运维数据资源的识别,阐述了车辆健康管理系统开发、智能化轨旁设备装配及检修运维信息系统的搭建。实现了远程传输数据和轨旁数据的采集、应用、协同,充分发挥数据价值,形成车辆状态可视化管理、信息自动化采集、检查作业自动化触发,构建了基于数据驱动的城市轨道交通车辆检修运维模式。
Abstracts:
Facing the sharply increasing pressure on maintenance and operation support of urban rail transit vehicle, to elevate vehicle maintenance efficiency and lower operation cost, centering on the functional characteristics of urban rail transit vehicle and the routine maintenance and operation process, the identification of data resources in the process of vehicle maintenance and operation is introduced, and the vehicle health management system development, intelligent wayside equipment installation and construction of maintenance operation information system are expounded. Therefore,the collection, application and collaboration of remote transmission data and wayside data are realized, the data value is fully brought into play, the vehicle status visual management, automatic information collection, automatic trigger of inspection operations are formed, and the data-driven maintenance and operation mode for urban rail transit vehicle is constructed.
