传统的壁后注浆材料及技术已不能满足城市轨道交通的施工要求,探索新型壁后注浆材料和技术成为了交通施工部门急需解决的技术难题。针对城市轨道交通工程项目的特征,通过在改性动物蛋白母液中添加阴离子表面活性剂和稳泡剂,研究了壁后注浆材料专用的新型发泡剂。通过对比掺入不同极性大分子物质的起泡及稳泡效果,确定发泡剂的最佳配比,起泡和稳泡组分为0.8% SDS(十二烷基硫酸钠)+0.15% C12(苯扎氯铵)时,发泡剂性能最好。研究结果表明,利用所提发泡剂制备注浆材料,其力学性能较好且内部结构致密。
Abstracts:
Conventional backwall grouting material and technology already cannot meet urban rail transit construction requirements. Research of new backwall grouting material and technology has become an urgent technical challenge for transportation construction department. According to the characteristics of urban rail transit project, by adding anionic surfactant and bubble stabilizing agent to modify animal protein mother liquor, a new foaming agent special for backwall grouting material is studied. By comparing the foaming and stabilizing effects of mixing macromolecular substance between different polarity properties, the optimal ratio of foaming agent is determined. When the foaming and stabilizing group is 0.8% SDS+0.15% C12, the foaming agent performs the best. Research results show that the grouting material prepared using the developed foaming agent has good mechanical properties and dense internal structure.
